We partner with our Nurses at HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital.

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient’s discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• 1+ years of RN experience in an acute care environment preferred
• Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree, BSN is preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of start
• American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of employment start date
• Interventional Cath Lab or critical care experience preferred
• 30 minute call window

HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital is a 221-bed acute care hospital. We serve the communities of Seminole and West Volusia County. We are committed to the care and improvement of human life. We are a Level II Trauma Center. We provide the only full-service cardiovascular program with open-heart surgery and interventional cardiology.
