Blazer Jobs is seeking multiple Licensed Practical Nurses to provide health room coverage across school sites. These onsite roles focus on supporting student health needs, maintaining medical documentation, and assisting school staff throughout the school day.
Job Responsibilities- Provide nursing care and support within school health rooms
- Respond to student health needs and medical concerns
- Administer medications and treatments as required
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Collaborate with school administrators, staff, and families
- Follow all health protocols, care plans, and confidentiality standards
- Active LPN license required
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to varying assignments
