As a Weekend Supervisor Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional to join our team on weekends.

• Supervise and coordinate the care of residents on weekends, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality, individualized care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Provide direct nursing care to residents, as needed
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address resident concerns and provide emotional support

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
• At least 0 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
