As a Traveling Field IT Technician, you will encounter a variety of technical issues, enabling creative problem solving in a fast‑paced environment. Specific duties include:

• Travel 50% of the time, including overnight stays, to existing and new customer sites for onboardings.
• Perform network documentation, toolset deployment, and network assessments.
• Install or maintain firewalls, switches, access points, and phone systems.
• Provide maintenance support for computer equipment, printers, and specialized Key Trak equipment.
• Maintain an inventory of repair parts and documentation via the service tracking system.

• Valid driver’s license, fewer than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last 5 years.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds consistently.
• One‑year certificate from a college or technical school preferred.
• Experience with ticketing systems, local exchange, and email/server migrations.
• Strong knowledge of firewall configurations, Cisco, and networking.
• Experience with imaging and VMware virtualization.
• Knowledgeable in cabling and telco circuits.
• Familiar with VoIP, VLANs, DNS, BSOD, and GPOs.
• Direct experience with Microsoft 365, GSuite, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
• Maximum 50% overnight travel to project sites.
• Experience updating project and technical documentation.
• Ability to attend a paid training class in Texas.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, composure under pressure, attention to detail, and a deadline‑driven mindset. Capable of prioritizing tasks independently and collaborating effectively within a team.
