Automotive Finance Representative

We are looking for a strong candidate to fill a Finance Representative position at Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships, a family‑owned automotive group serving Central Florida.

Assist customers in completing all necessary paperwork for vehicle purchases. Accurately complete DMV transactions, bank contracts, and all legal documents involved in a motor vehicle transaction. Offer aftermarket products, including extended warranties, using a menu‑based presentation. Complete transactions while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction, complying with all company policies and state and federal regulations.

• Identify and sell appropriate aftermarket products, such as GAP coverage and maintenance programs
• Provide customers with thorough explanations of contract terms, aftermarket products, and extended warranties
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with several financial sources, including the manufacturer
• Process finance and lease deals accurately through appropriate financial sources, ensuring 100% compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and process related paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide customers with complete explanations of manufacturer and dealership services, procedures, and policies

• College degree preferred
• Active Florida notary or ability to obtain one
• Strong background in retail sales or hospitality; automotive finance experience a plus
• Experience of fering various financial products preferred
• Strong history of selling AMO (After Market Options)
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Acceptable background and drug screening
