Could you be the full-time onsite Manager of Safety/EHS Compliance in Sanford, US we're looking for?
Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive compliance and safety expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You ll work alongside dedicated, knowledgeable, and collaborative teammates. You ll ensure our operations adhere to the highest standards of safety and compliance, making a significant impact on our organizational integrity and efficiency. Day-to-day, you ll work closely with teams across the business (Project & Bid Management, Training, Safety, and Operations), manage Title 49, CFR, Part 200 programs, and much more.
Responsibilities- Inspecting, testing, and overseeing compliance in the field.
- Maintaining documentation of training and qualifications performed for contractors, subcontractors, third parties, Authority, and public agency employees.
- Ensuring contract compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations and with Standards, Rules, Regulations, and Policies.
- Performing field observations and audits.
- Helping develop training curriculum, programs, testing, and qualification guidelines.

- Degree in technical or safety-related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in railroad operations or maintenance supervision.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Railroad Employee with an FRA regulated agency.
- Knowledge of Federal Regulations Parts 200-299, CPUC Regulations, and CAL/OSHA regulations.
- Familiarity with implementing, directing, and monitoring safety programs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
