Envision Physician Services is seeking a Chief to join the growing team at HCA Lake Monroe Hospital in Sanford, FL. Practice high quality medicine and offer a high standard of care with a stable practice.

• Full Time W2 Position with Leadership Stipend

• Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 8 physicians and 17 Anesthetists
• 5,000 Annual case volume; 7 ORs
• Case mix:
  General, Ortho, Trauma, No OB
• Higher rate for any time worked outside of scheduled week
• Case Mix Includes:
• Trauma
• General surgery
• Orthopedics
• ENT
• Urology
• GI
• Neurovascular
• (No OB, elective pediatrics, burns, or transplant)
