We are seeking a Receptionist bilingual in Spanish to join our team. We are open 7 days a week, and we are looking for someone who is able to work flexible hours and days.

Qualifications
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends required
  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Previous Hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing and positive demeanor
  • Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Maintains a professional appearance

Responsibilities
  • Front showroom greeter, greets and receives customers
  • Answers dealership group phones
  • Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduces the customer to a salesperson
  • Works cooperatively with the sales team
  • Communicates with callers and visitors
  • Assists in the dealer exchange of vehicle process
  • Participates in customer satisfaction process
  • Participates in customer retention process
