This full‑time role is responsible for supervising subcontractors, coordinating site activities, maintaining schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high‑quality workmanship from project start to finish. This position requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of commercial construction practices, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to manage fast‑paced job sites.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee all on‑site construction activities for commercial projects.
- Supervise subcontractors, field crews, and jobsite operations daily.
- Maintain and update construction schedules; ensure milestones are met.
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and productivity.
- Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and installation requirements.
- Coordinate materials, equipment deliveries, and site logistics.
- Communicate effectively with project management regarding progress and challenges.
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and lead safety meetings.
- Maintain detailed daily reports and jobsite documentation.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications.
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
- 3+ years in a Superintendent or Lead Foreman position.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction sequencing and field operations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Knowledge of local building codes, inspections, and permitting procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with field reporting or project management software preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
