Key Responsibilities

• You will oversee project performance and profit from day one, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Project Leadership:
  Plan construction operations, schedule phases, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Financial Management:
  Negotiate contracts with vendors/subcontractors and manage resources (manpower, equipment, materials) to align with budgets.
• Coordination:
  Hire and manage subcontractors and collaborate with Engineers, Architects, and GCs.
• Field Operations:
  Monitor field crews to ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
• Procurement:
  Acquire equipment and materials, monitor inventory, and address shortages promptly.
• Reporting:
  Regularly evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for GCs and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  
  5+ years of proven management experience in commercial concrete and masonry construction.
• Location:
  
  Specific experience with Florida-based projects is required.
• Project Type:
  Must have specific experience in ground-up commercial construction.
• Tech Stack:
  Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook. (Experience with Sage and Podio is a plus).
• Soft Skills:
  
  Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
• Certifications:
  
  PMP or OSHA certifications are an advantage.
