• Manage federal grant accounting, including contract review, reconciliation, journal entry approval, PO oversight, budget transfers, and compliance reporting as the Senior Accountant
• Partner with financial aid and grant departments to ensure all grant expenditures and reporting follow federal guidelines as the Senior Accountant
• Oversee capital asset accounting, including contract review, reconciliation, journal entry approval, PO oversight, budget transfers, and compliance reporting as the Senior Accountant
• Review and approve financial entries for accuracy, completeness, and compliance as the Senior Accountant
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on audits, reporting requirements, and cross‑department communication as the Senior Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs); detail‑oriented with strong communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership through project ownership or initiative management; friendly, confident, and comfortable sharing ideas
