• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports

• Manage audit preparation, schedules, and coordination with external auditors

• Support internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance initiatives

• Lead, coach, and support accounting staff to drive efficiency and accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• 5+ years of accounting experience with strong close and audit exposure

• Experience in healthcare or multi-entity environments preferred

• Has a solid accounting foundation and enjoys team leadership
