Automotive Accounts Payable

Overview

Seminole Chevrolet is seeking an experienced accounts payable clerk to join our team.

• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper documentation and approval of invoices
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports as needed

• Previous experience in accounts payable or related field required
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Knowledge of CDK and excel preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
