Accounting Manager

Compensation: $80,000 – $85,000
Location: Orlando, FL

• Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting packages

• Oversee audit readiness, manage audit schedules, and collaborate with external audit teams

• Support internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance requirements across departments

• Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting staff while promoting operational efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required

• 5+ years of accounting experience with strong month-end and audit exposure

• Healthcare industry experience or multi-entity environment preferred

• Brings a seasoned accounting background and enjoys mentoring and leadership
