All Hale Concrete is a small, family-owned and operated company focused on delivering high-quality residential concrete work throughout Salt Lake and Utah Counties. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to finish residential flatwork, walls and foundations efficiently and correctly, is self-sufficient, works well with a team, and takes pride in their work. For the right person, there is opportunity for advancement as the company continues to grow.
What We’re Looking For:- Strong experience in residential concrete finishing (driveways, patios, RV pads, sidewalks, stairs, walls, footings, and foundations)
- Experience setting forms, understanding layout, and maintaining proper grade and slope
- Knowledge of rebar placement and structural reinforcement standards
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently as part of a crew
- Takes pride in clean work and attention to detail
- FT Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
- Serving Salt Lake & Utah Counties
- 70% residential flatwork 30% walls, footings, and foundations
- Competitive pay — negotiable based on experience

Must submit your resume to be considered
- Work as part of a 3-man crew to complete residential concrete projects efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Perform all aspects of concrete work including site prep, excavation, grading, forming, rebar placement, pouring, and finishing.
- Follow project plans and directions to help keep jobs on schedule and within scope.
- Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and management on job-related matters.
- Troubleshoot job site challenges and adapt as needed to maintain quality results.
- Maintain tools, equipment, trucks, and trailers in clean and working condition.
- Safely operate equipment and machinery; ability to drive a truck and tow a trailer is required.
- Perform physically demanding work including lifting heavy materials, kneeling, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
- 7 years residential concrete experience required
- Valid driver's license
- Must speak English fluently
- Must be a U.S. citizen or able to legally work in the United States
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Must provide your own transportation and finishing tools
