Scheels - 11282 S State Street - Responsibilities:
Ensure all paperwork for firearm sales including but not limited to form 4473, licensing, and background checks are completed accurately and thoroughly;
Consistently demonstrate proper firearm safety and handling;
Grow personal sales by hitting minimum goals and following Scheels professional salesmanship standards to provide an above and beyond customer experience;
Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and be able to clearly explain all benefits;
Attend all Scheels product training and all store meetings
