Job SummaryThe Premium Club Bartender delivers elevated beverage service to guests in the premium club spaces at America First Field during soccer matches, concerts, and special events. This role is responsible for preparing and serving beverages with speed, accuracy, and professionalism while providing a high‑touch guest experience that aligns with Levy’s premium service standards. Premium Club Bartenders play a key role in creating a welcoming, polished atmosphere and ensuring responsible alcohol service in a fast‑paced, event‑driven environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Provide friendly, engaging, and professional service to premium club guests.
- Maintain strong knowledge of beverage menus, including beer, wine, cocktails, and non‑alcoholic options.
- Offer recommendations and respond to guest requests with a hospitality‑first mindset.
- Maintain speed and composure during peak service periods.
- Set up, stock, and break down premium club bar areas before and after events.
- Ensure bar areas are clean, organized, and visually presentable at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to supervisors.
- Support overall club service flow in coordination with servers, bussers, and supervisors.
- Verify guest age and follow responsible alcohol service practices.
- Comply with all local and state alcohol laws and Levy policies.
- Monitor guest consumption and elevate concerns to leadership as needed.
- Maintain valid Alcohol Service Permit as required.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards related to beverage service.
- Properly handle glassware, bar tools, and equipment.
- Maintain clean bar surfaces, storage areas, and service stations.
- Adhere to Levy safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with premium club servers, bussers, culinary teams, and supervisors.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Follow direction from leadership and support overall event success.
- Uphold Levy standards of hospitality, service excellence, and professionalism.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must obtain a valid Utah Food Handlers Permit.
- Must obtain a valid Utah On‑Premise Alcohol Certificate.
- Previous bartending or beverage service experience.
- Strong guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and event‑based schedules.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs.
