365 is actively seeking a Full-Time Marketing Coordinator. At Aspire
365, we are guided by a distinctive mission — to provide the highest quality evidence‑based care for individuals ages 12 and over grappling with primary mental health conditions and/or substance use disorders. Our commitment to transforming treatment delivery is evident in our intensive evidence‑based program, which has demonstrated success through the evidence gathered by our data analytics team as well as positive outcomes observed.

• Manage marketing efforts, coordinate campaigns, oversee each department’s involvement to ensure projects are completed on time and as planned.
• Manage and organize collaborative tools across Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite ( earns )
• Collaborate between multiple departments and representatives to create a cohesive marketing strategy.
• Organize initial and follow‑up meetings with potential clients and client‑generating spaces.
• Approve marketing campaigns that align with Aspire
  365 values and mission.
• Outline marketing strategies and assign roles and responsibilities to individuals on the team.
• Track current and future marketing campaigns.
• Foster professional relationships with facilities and hospitals as we continue to grow Aspire
  365 clientele.
• Generate marketing materials by coordinating with our design and executive team to create a cohesive brand model.
• Act as a touchpoint between departments to provide seamless communication as marketing projects roll out.

• A bachelor’s in marketing, communications, or business is preferred. Equal experience is acceptable.
• Experience with e‑marketing and social media management.
• Demonstrate understanding of the mental показы or physical health space.
• Display clear communication skills both in person and through digital platforms (Zoom, Teams undertook Google or work area).
• Ability to think creatively and analytically.
• Strong attention to detail.
