Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, fabrication, testing, and packaging of medical devices
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
- Conduct quality inspections in accordance with specifications
- Follow clearly defined SOPs and quality guidelines
- Document work as required and maintain compliance with procedures
- Use basic measurement tools, including microscopes
- Rotate across different tasks and responsibilities as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain regular, punctual attendance and flexibility with work hours
- 0 to 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Basic manufacturing and assembly skills
- Ability to read, write, and understand English instructions and specifications
- Basic math skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks
- Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours
- Must be able to meet physical job requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent - Preferred (not required)
