Roles & Responsibilities

Fabricate, manufacture, assemble, test, and package medical devices.
Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment used in the production process.
Conduct quality inspections on the processing line to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
Follow clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Experience Required

More than two years of manufacturing assembly experience.
Experience in using basic measurement tools such as microscopes.

Skills & Certifications

Effective communication skills to interact with co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor.
Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English.
Basic math calculation skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to use basic measurement tools, such as microscopes.
Flexibility in working hours and ability to report to work punctually.
Ability to work in a team environment and get along with others.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods and occasionally lift or move at least 50 pounds.

Eligibilities & qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
Ability to perform the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, and lifting/moving at least 50 pounds.
