Construction Project Manager

We are a growing construction company looking to hire an entry-level Project Manager to support day-to-day project execution and help bring more structure, communication, and efficiency to our operations. This role is ideal for a recent or soon-to-be graduate with a Construction Management or related degree who wants hands‑on experience and long‑term growth.

This position will work closely with ownership and operations leadership and is designed to grow into a full Project Manager role over time.

Starting Salary - $60,000

• Project Coordination & Scheduling
  • Assist with daily and weekly crew scheduling
  • Track job progress and timelines
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Communication
  • Provide proactive job updates to customers
  • Communicate with crew leads to track progress
  • Help resolve issues before they impact schedules
  • Escalate concerns to leadership when needed
• Material & Logistics Management
  • Track material needs for active and upcoming projects
  • Order materials and coordinate deliveries
  • Ensure jobs are prepared to move forward without delays
• Documentation & Administration
  • Assist with permits, inspections, and closeouts
  • Manage job documentation, photos, and daily logs
  • Support invoicing and change order documentation
• Software & Process Improvement
  • Learn and help implement Job Tread project management software
  • Assist with improving internal workflows and organization

• Degree (or nearing completion) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Calm under pressure and able to prioritize tasks
• Comfortable working in both office and jobsite environments

This role is expected to grow into a full Project Manager position with increased responsibility over scheduling, budgeting, and project leadership as experience is gained.
