Associate Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney with a passion and desire to stand in front of a judge and argue cases. We are looking for a skilled, tenacious, organized Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in plaintiff’s tort law, and trial activity. This role involves working closely with the Managing Attorney to assist with cases, draft pleadings, and communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues in and out of court. Building rapport and maintaining strong client relationships is a key component of this position.

This is a great opportunity for an attorney to get a lot of valuable experience.

• Assist the Managing Attorney with handling personal injury and property damage cases from inception to resolution.
• Independently handle depositions and small claims court actions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide case updates.
• Build strong client relationships to foster trust and confidence in our firm.
• Participate in litigation, including court appearances, depositions, and negotiations.
• Maintain organization in case management and ensure deadlines are met.
• Independent thinking.

• Hungry and passionate.

• J.D. from an accredited law school (attorney)
• Active license to practice law in Utah (attorney)
• Strong drafting skills for pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
