Hub Spot Administrator
Responsibilities- Platform Ownership:
Own the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the FLEX Hub Spot platform. - Process Optimization:
Design, implement, and refine pipelines and automations to streamline business processes and reduce manual friction. - Data Architecture:
Design and implement custom objects to support specific business use cases, ensuring our data structure mirrors our complex banking relationships.
- 3+ years of hands‑on Hub Spot administration experience.
- Deep knowledge of Hub Spot's CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Proven experience building and managing custom objects, workflows, sequences, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong understanding of pipeline architecture and sales/marketing automation.
- Experience integrating Hub Spot with third‑party tools and APIs.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for system optimization.
