A growing organization is seeking a Benefits Specialist / Renewal Coordinator to support employee benefits programs across multiple client groups.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys benefits administration, working with clients, and coordinating complex processes such as open enrollment and renewals. You will partner with internal teams, insurance carriers, and clients to ensure benefits programs run smoothly and employees receive a positive support experience.

• Coordinate the annual benefits renewal process and assist with open enrollment activities
• Prepare benefits proposals, comparisons, and enrollment materials
• Support benefits presentations and employee information meetings
• Serve as a resource for benefits related questions, claims issues, and carrier communications
• Ensure accuracy of benefits documentation and deliverables
• Collaborate with internal teams to support clients throughout the benefits lifecycle

• Approximately 2+ years of experience in benefits, HR, insurance brokerage, or benefits administration
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience supporting open enrollment or benefits renewals is a plus
• Life & Health license preferred but not required
