Payroll Manager

A growing HR services organization is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to manage payroll operations for a portfolio of client companies. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for delivering accurate payroll processing while serving as the primary payroll contact for assigned clients.

What You'll Do

• Manage full payroll cycles for 40–50 client companies across multiple pay schedules.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• Serve as the primary payroll contact for clients, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Reconcile payroll data including wages, deductions, bonuses, and commissions.
• Build strong relationships while managing multiple payroll timelines.

What We're Looking For

• Payroll experience required (multi-client or high-volume environment preferred).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with clients and managing multiple payroll schedules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• CPP certification is a plus.
• Starting at $85K
• Client-based commissions
