Job Summary

The Premium Club Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations within the premium club spaces at America First Field, ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth event execution, and adherence to Levy standards. This role provides on-shift leadership to servers, bartenders, and bussers while supporting premium service delivery during matches, concerts, and special events. The Premium Club Supervisor serves as a hands-on leader, acting as the primary point of contact for staff and guests within assigned club areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise premium club service staff during events, including servers, bartenders, and bussers.
  • Assign stations, manage break coverage, and adjust staffing as needed.
  • Lead by example in hospitality, professionalism, and guest engagement.
  • Ensure an elevated, welcoming experience for premium guests.
  • Address guest concerns or service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate guest feedback or operational challenges to management.
  • Monitor club spaces to maintain cleanliness, flow, and presentation.
  • Support pre-event setup and post-event breakdown of premium club spaces.
  • Coordinate service timing with culinary and bar teams.
  • Ensure menus, signage, and service areas are properly prepared.
  • Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and service flow.
  • Enforce food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all Levy policies and procedures.
  • Monitor responsible alcohol service and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Support accurate reporting of incidents or operational issues.
  • Work closely with culinary, operations, and event leadership.
  • Communicate staffing or operational needs clearly and professionally.
  • Support training and onboarding of new premium service team members.
  • Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Must obtain valid Utah Food Handlers Permit.
  • If 21 years of age or older, must obtain valid Utah On-Premise Alcohol Certificate.
  • Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience.
  • Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Reliable, organized, and guest-focused.
