SPORTS STADIUM SUITE ATTENDANT/RUNNER BACK-UP – America First Field, Real Salt Lake

Pay: $13.00/hour + tips.

The Suite Attendant / Runner (Backup) supports premium suite operations at America First Field by assisting with food delivery, service support, and guest needs during matches, concerts, and special events. The role ensures timely execution of suite service by acting as a runner and backup support for suite attendants, helping maintain Levy’s standards of hospitality, accuracy, and guest satisfaction. Ideal for team members who are adaptable, service‑oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple suites in a fast‑paced, event‑driven environment.

• Deliver food, beverages, and supplies to suites accurately and efficiently.
• Support suite attendants with restocking, clearing items, and service flow.
• Act as backup coverage for suite attendants as needed.
• Assist with special guest requests and communicate needs promptly to supervisors.
• Support pre‑event setup and post‑event breakdown of suite areas.
• Ensure timely replenishment of food and beverage items during events.
• Maintain organized service corridors, pantries, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Adapt quickly to changing event demands and service priorities.
• Provide courteous, professional, and responsive guest interactions.
• Maintain awareness of suite presentation and cleanliness.
• Escalate guest concerns or service issues to supervisors when needed.
• Uphold Levy’s standards of premium hospitality and service excellence.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
• Handle food, beverages, and service equipment properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of service equipment and delivery areas.
• Comply with all Levy safety policies and procedures.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must obtain valid Utah Food Handlers Permit.
• Must obtain valid Utah On‑Premise Alcohol Certification.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and event‑based schedules.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
