White Willow Therapy is a trauma-informed clinic where we help clients explore all aspects of themselves without fear of rejection, criticism, shame or judgement.
We are looking to grow our team, Associate therapists and licensed therapists are encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone who would like to learn and grow. Training is provided, along with group and individual supervision for our associate therapists.
Responsibilities- Working with individual clients complete a comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan
- Provide individual sessions for clients
- Complete necessary paperwork including evals, session notes and treatment plans
- EMDR training or certification (preferred, but not required).
- Experience or interest in working with neurodivergent clients.
- Flexible schedule.
- Drive to grow and expand.
- $40-60 per licensure and experience
- Bonuses based on hours worked each week
