Speech Language Pathologist; PRN Utah

Active Home Health, Hospice and Personal Care is hiring a PRN Speech Language Pathologist.

You choose when and how much you work. This role is ideal for school district SLPs who want to earn extra income after their full-time job or on weekends. Make a few visits. Keep your schedule flexible. Get paid well for your time.

We are looking for individuals to serve in Utah County, Salt Lake County, Weber County, and Davis County.

PRN. Per-visit based. Extremely flexible.

• Work after school, evenings, or weekends
• Earn extra money without leaving your current job
• Minimal weekly commitment required

Starting pay is commensurate with experience. Competitive PRN rates. Mileage reimbursement provided. ($75-$100 Per Visit)

• Provide the full range of speech language pathology services as ordered by a physician
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Prepare clinical documentation and progress notes
• Educate and consult with family members and care team
• Participate in in-service programs as needed

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology from ASHA
• Current Utah SLP license
• Two years of experience preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
