Russell Tobin is currently hiring for a Financial Operations Specialist in Sandy, Utah. Join our Beneficiary Services team to assist with client account processing during the inheritance process. As a Specialist, you will manage asset transitions, collaborate with branches, and support internal departments in a virtual branch environment.

$22.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Provide dedicated one-on-one support for clients using effective relationship management skills.
• Communicate proactively with clients via phone and email, ensuring transparency and empathy.
• Process client service requests promptly and follow up to ensure completion.
• Research and resolve client issues accurately and promptly.
• Document all case interactions and apply firm verification policies.
• Stay updated on SEC/Client, Compliance, and Firm guidelines.

• 3-4 years of financial services experience, with knowledge of estates, trusts, and retirement plans.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
• Ability to handle a high volume of requests efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and basic knowledge of E

• Self-motivated team player in a high activity environment.
• Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65).
• Pay: $22-23 per hour.
• Role:
  Contract temp to perm.
• Work Arrangement:
  Fully on-site to start, with potential transition to a hybrid model.
