Extended Stay - - - Responsibilities:
Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payment in accordance with company guidelines.;
Resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process.;
Maintain all cash, credit card and city ledger accounts at the property.;
Setup, maintain, and takedown breakfast display and keep front desk areas clean and organized.;
Sell the value of ESA to inquiries and convert them into reservations and occupied rooms.
