You are in charge of assisting the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Training is provided through a 3+ week store leadership program to prepare you for success.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety:
  Serve Safe certified

While performing duties, work areas may be hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted; standing for long periods may be required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities and conflict management is needed.
