Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Licensed Massage Therapist at The Garden Massage Therapy in Sandy, Oregon.

You’ll provide a range of massage services, including therapeutic, deep tissue, and relaxation-focused sessions, designed around each client’s unique needs and goals.

You’ll have the opportunity to build lasting client relationships, collaborate with other experienced practitioners, and shape your own professional path within a supportive and balanced work environment.

Compensation ranges from $40–$70 per hour
, depending on experience and specialization, plus tips.

Qualifications

• Valid Oregon Massage Therapy License
• Active liability insurance (AMTA, ABMP, or equivalent)
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Commitment to ethical standards and client care
• Reliable, collaborative, and self-motivated attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage sessions tailored to each client’s needs and goals
• Utilize various techniques including deep tissue, therapeutic, trigger point, and relaxation modalities
• Maintain accurate and professional client records and SOAP notes
• Educate clients about the benefits of massage and recommend ongoing care
• Uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment
• Contribute positively to the team and uphold the clinic’s high standard of service
