Personal Trainer & Stretch Specialist

At D1 Training Sandy Springs, we push the limits of athletic performance while prioritizing recovery, mobility, and injury prevention. Our team works with collegiate, professional, and elite athletes to maximize results safely and effectively.

We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable Personal Trainer & Stretch Specialist to provide 1-on-1 training and assisted stretching sessions
. You will guide athletes through tailored workouts, monitor progress, and implement recovery strategies to help them perform at their peak.

• Conduct personalized strength, conditioning, and mobility programs.
• Deliver 1-on-1 assisted sessions safely and effectively.
• Assess flexibility, mobility, and performance goals.
• Track client progress and adapt programs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment.

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through NASM, ACSM, ACE, or equivalent.
• Experience in assisted stretching, mobility, or athletic recovery.
• Knowledge of strength training, functional movement, and injury prevention.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Previous experience with athletes (collegiate or professional) preferred but not.
