Lead SDET​/Automation Engineer

Lead SDET/Automation Engineer - with experience within Retail, Restaurants, or E-Commerce industries.

Location: Sandy Springs, GA - Hybrid Mon-Thurs

Duration: 6 months with contract extensions and potential to convert full-time

Work Authorization: W2

A client of insight global is looking for a Lead SDET/Automation Engineer. Their project is to unify their different restaurant applications and websites to be on one ecomm platform that is just branded to different logos. One unified platform.

Their QA division is newer and they have a lot of developers, but they need someone who’s had experience managing a newer team of QA’s. They need someone who comes from a testing/development background and can be hands on, but also has the lead experience to help manage grow their QA team into a more productive unit. Needs to be someone who can lead autonomously and take charge as well.

• 5+ Years of experience with Automation frameworks (Java, Playwright, Selenium)
• API automation for microservices (REST-assured, Postman, Swagger)
• POS/payment systems testing
• CI/CD experience in AWS or Azure (Git Hub, Git Lab, Jenkins)
• Strong SDET leadership & architecture skills

• Retail/restaurant domain experience
• Accessibility / WCAG testing

Hourly: $55/hr to $63/hr exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
