Ensure every item on station is produced to exact recipe and plating specifications;
Set up station with sufficient product and utensils and turn on/calibrate cooking and food holding equipment to ensure the station is ready for meal service;
Prioritize cooking and preparation times of each order to ensure proper and timely pacing of guest meals;
Execute all position responsibilities in the spirit of proactive teamwork and cooperation.
