Position Overview
Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide Family Practice coverage at several outpatient clinic locations in the Atlanta metro area. This is a weekday‑only assignment with a predictable schedule and no call responsibilities.
Schedule & Patient Volume
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No nights, weekends, or call
- Average 20 patients per day
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and pediatric patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform routine wellness visits and preventive care
- Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
- Document all encounters accurately in the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical support staff
Practice Setting
- Outpatient Family Practice clinics
- Well‑established Kaiser Permanente care model
- Full clinical and administrative support
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Georgia license
- Family Practice experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
