Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Nurse Practitioner, located in Sandy Springs, GA. The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care, including diagnosing and treating a variety of acute and chronic conditions, with a focus on primary and urgent care services. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and collaborating with the medical team to ensure the highest standard of care.

Additional duties include maintaining accurate patient records and delivering compassionate, patient-focused care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Nurse Practitioner roles, including proper licensure and certifications
• Proficiency in Nursing and providing patient care with attention to detail
• Experience in Primary Care and managing chronic and acute conditions
• Knowledge and practice of Medicine and Urgent Care protocols
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
• Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C) and eligibility for licensure in Georgia
