• Ensure compliance among nurses, CNAs, and medical staff
• Initiate and engage in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings
• Address triggered indicators within the Care Plan
• Collaborate with caregivers and other disciplines
• Prepare Quality Measure/Quality Indicator reports
• Implement educational plans to adapt to changing needs
• Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering growth

• Hold an active Georgia RN license or Licensed Practical Nurse
• Have nursing home or long-term care experience
• Possess clinical skills and leadership qualities

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills

• Shift: 11p-7:30a
• Monday-Friday
