Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Summary: The supervisor ensures quality assurance (QA) performance, clinical compliance, and effective team leadership in the Home Health department.

• This position is in the office and in the field
• Clinical supervision of the Home Health department
• Staff management of nurses and home health aides
• Coordination of patient care
• Adherence to QA/QI standards
• Maintains regulatory compliance with outside agencies including state licensure and CMS
• Conducts in-home field visits with patients

• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience with active involvement in home health
• Strong knowledge of PDGM, OASIS, and QA processes
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in EMR systems (Homecare Homebase, Well Sky, or similar)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
