Pay: $80, based on experience

• Leadership & Team Management: Supervise, train, and mentor AP staff; establish goals; conduct performance evaluations; resolve team issues.
• Process & Compliance: Develop and maintain efficient AP procedures; drive process improvements and automation; ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
• Payment Oversight: Manage timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments; resolve discrepancies; maintain accurate transaction records.
• Vendor Management: Build vendor relationships; respond to inquiries; negotiate payment terms and discounts where applicable.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze AP reports; monitor cash flow, payment trends, and risks; contribute to financial reporting.

• Proven experience managing an AP function and leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
