Overview
An established law firm is seeking a fearless, strategic senior Family Law Attorney to lead high-stakes family law cases for high-net-worth clients, executives, and business owners. This role combines complex litigation, high-value negotiation, and courtroom leadership with the autonomy to own cases from start to finish.
What You'll Do- Lead complex asset division, business valuations, executive compensation, and multi-jurisdictional custody disputes.
- Serve as first chair in trials, hearings, and mediations.
- Craft winning legal strategies, pleadings, and trial briefs.
- Navigate high-conflict cases with professionalism, empathy, and strategic precision.
- 5+ years of Georgia family law experience with a proven track record in complex litigation.
- Admitted to the Georgia Bar in good standing.
- Independent, strategic thinker with a commanding courtroom presence.
- Detail-oriented, quick on your feet, and emotionally intelligent.
- Autonomy to handle cases your way.
