Blue Sky Resource Solutions is hiring a Technical Recruiter for our Atlanta office
. Blue Sky is an Atlanta-based technology staffing and talent solutions firm supporting clients ranging from Fortune 500 enterprises to innovative, high-growth startups across the U.S. We pride ourselves on being a true partner to our clients and consultants—not just a transactional staffing firm.

• Source and recruit IT professionals using tools such as Bullhorn, Linked In, Indeed
  , and other recruiting platforms
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent
• Prepare candidates for interviews using industry best practices
• Partner closely with our sales team to align talent with client needs
• Develop creative and strategic approaches to attract top technical talent

• 1+ year of experience in an IT staffing agency environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A driven, competitive mindset with a desire to succeed in a performance-based culture

• Collaborative, team-first culture
• Exposure to high-profile clients and cutting-edge technology initiatives
• Hybrid work schedule — in office Mondays and Thursdays
