Salary: $100,000-$115,000
Job SummaryThe Director of Patient Services Resources leads the development, coordination, and implementation of programs, tools, and initiatives that strengthen patient services. Reporting to the Vice President of Nutrition, Wellness, and Standards, this role collaborates closely with Food & Nutrition Services (FNS) leaders and departments to support Patient Services operations, ensuring consistency and excellence across all sites.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Food & Nutrition Services (FNS) subject matter experts to develop and refine tools that drive patient services performance, including Section C of the TSS program.
- Maintain compliance with policies and procedures while promoting continuous improvement. Partner with the Director of Informatics to optimize MyDining/Elvera applications, ensuring effective training and adoption by local teams.
- Provide guidance and resources to maximize technology utilization within patient services. Champions initiatives that elevate client and customer satisfaction, supporting long-term business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Nutrition, or related field required;
Master’s degree and/or Registered Dietitian is preferred. - Experience:
5–7 years in patient services or food and nutrition services within healthcare settings. Proven leadership experience managing multi-site operations and training programs. - Skills:
Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in patient services technology platforms (e.g., MyDining/Elvera).
