Overview
Urgently Hiring! We are seeking an experienced and collaborative BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team of BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs at our Roswell location. The clinic features a 1600 square foot gym and spacious treatment rooms with full view of RBTs and patients to support supervision. TLC provides these services for our clients as part of a comprehensive treatment program.
We use a variety of assessment tools including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and PEAK. Most clients at the Roswell location are scheduled for in-clinic services to maximize treatment in our clinical setting. We value passionate individuals who want to help clients maximize independence, offer competitive pay, and maintain a low turnover rate. The selected candidate will lead a small team of RBTs to deliver high-quality service at our Roswell clinic.
Our mission is to create a better future for patients and their families through a multidisciplinary team approach (ABA, speech, OT).

BCBA Qualifications- Must possess a BCBA certification
- Works well on a fun, engaging, energetic, and collaborative team
- Ability to work with school personnel in a collaborative manner
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Conduct intake evaluations and reevaluations
- Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to each client
- Train new team members and attend ongoing trainings
- Conduct parent trainings bi-monthly
- Provide weekly supervision to RBTs and collaborate with other BCBAs
- Monday–Friday, 8:30–4:30 / 8:00–4:00 / 9:00–5:00 (alternate days and flexible with other BCBAs)
23 days of PTO per year (10 vacation days, 10 paid holidays, 3 sick days)
Education- Master’s degree (REQUIRED)
