Financial Analyst
Location: Sandy Springs (hybrid,3 days per week in-office)
Position OverviewOur client is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team. This role will play a key part in supporting company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. The position will work closely with finance leadership and operational teams to deliver insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
A major focus of the role will be analyzing revenue performance through volume, price, and mix (VPM) analysis across the company’s service lines and customer segments. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities- Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
- Build and maintain financial models to support corporate planning and strategic initiatives.
- Perform volume-price-mix (VPM) analysis to explain revenue and margin fluctuations across products, services, and regions.
- Analyze monthly financial results versus budget, forecast, and prior year, identifying key business drivers.
- Prepare monthly management reporting packages and executive-level financial presentations.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights that improve pricing, profitability, and operational performance.
- Support ad hoc analysis for senior leadership related to growth initiatives, acquisitions, and operational improvements.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility into KPIs, revenue trends, and margin drivers.
- Help improve and streamline financial planning and reporting processes across the organization.
- 2–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with financial planning systems or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 salary plus 10% bonus
