A PE‑backed, $1B+ consumer and industrial products platform is hiring a Financial Controller to support a fast‑growing manufacturing business operating across two production facilities. This is a newly created role driven by growth and acquisition activity—a chance to step in, build, and lead.

This role blends plant controllership with strategic FP&A and will be highly visible to senior leadership.

• Lead month‑end close, reporting, and financial analysis
• Build and manage full P&L forecasts and budgets
• Develop and maintain standard costing and inventory controls
• Analyze plant variances, absorption, and profitability
• Partner with operations on cost savings and margin improvement
• Support pricing, customer profitability, and acquisition integrations
• Oversee physical inventories and cycle counts

• 3–5+ years of manufacturing or plant accounting experience
• Strong standard costing & inventory accounting background
• Prior plant controller or similar role
• Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, data analysis)
• Willing to travel ~1 week per month
