Salary: $120,000 - $190,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior MEP Manager to join our team. This position plays a critical role in our construction projects, overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the construction industry. This role requires excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of MEP design and construction for various projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure the alignment of MEP systems with overall project goals.
• Review and approve MEP designs and changes, ensuring they meet all safety standards and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts related to MEP activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of MEP systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality of work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MEP systems.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in MEP management in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Proficient in MEP design and drafting software, such as AutoCAD.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
