Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time or part‑time remote role for a Travel Team Leader. The team leader will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning, including making travel arrangements, managing reservations, and ensuring all travel needs are met. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, sourcing and booking accommodations, flights, and other travel components. Additionally, the Travel Team leader will handle itineraries and offer expert travel advice to clients.
Qualifications- Experience in Customer Service and Reservations
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
