• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and journal entries for a portfolio of properties.
• Assist with accruals, reclassifications, and year‑end audit activities.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations, cash management, and prepaid/expense reporting.
• Analyze balance sheet accounts and record adjusting entries as needed.
• Support accounting department projects and special initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related required.
• 2+ years of public accounting or commercial real estate accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across teams.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus.
• Ability to exercise discretion, independent judgment, and meet deadlines effectively.
